We have a flat rate postage of $9.95. Your Christmas Elf Kit will be dispatched within 5 working days (and often much quicker!). You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. Please check your junk folder if you do not see an email from us. 

Personalised items take up to 7 working days to produce & are despatched from the UK. Shipping takes up to 2 weeks from production.

Please be aware that the Christmas Elf Kit is well packed in a small cardboard box but unfortunately it won't fit through a standard letter box.  

Before contacting us to report a lost or delayed parcel, please check with your emails for tracking details. 

If there is still no sign of your parcel, please contact us look into it further for you.
